I’ve known Mandy and Kevin for several years. Here’s the background: I’ve known Kevin since our high school days (we went to the same church, not same h.s. though). I met Mandy in college (she lived two doors down from me in our dorm freshman year). Kevin, who also went to the same university and lived in the same dorm two floors above us, met Mandy by hanging out with us cool cats on the first floor. My sophomore year of college, Kevin and I lived together. In the middle of all of that, our happy couple became a couple… fast forward a couple years, they got engaged… now they are married.

But I’m ahead of myself– let’s go back to the getting married part. I had a lot of fun shooting their wedding. I knew most of the bridal party and many of the wedding guests– you know, that whole same circle of friends deal. Also, check out the best man in the 5th picture down– look familiar?

After the ceremony, we headed over to the reception site at Vecoma and got some more shots before getting the party started. There is a killer fireplace/chimney shell (at least, that’s what I’m going to call it) next to the building that I just had to utilize.
